Do You Scan Negatives Into Digital Files?

At this time, we are not scanning negatives into digital files.

There are a few reasons behind this - number one, with currently technology, it is fairly time consuming to scan negatives. This means that we would have to charge a fairly high price (in the range of 50¢ to 75¢ per image) which does not fit into our current business model.

We're constantly investigating this to see if there are areas where we can innovate to capture negatives to JPG files, but at this time we are not taking negatives in our standard process.

We do have the ability to do a small number of negatives in our high quality method (Using our Epson 10000 XL scanner) - contact us for availability at info@photoscanning.ca
